Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods (sales, holidays, or high order volume), processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options worldwide:

  Standard Shipping: 7–13 business days
  
• 
  Express Shipping: 4–7 business days
  

Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched. These timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on your location, customs checks, and local courier performance.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking to begin updating, as couriers sometimes take time to scan parcels into their systems.

Customs & Duties (We Cover Customs Costs)

We cover customs-related costs, so you won’t be charged extra customs fees on delivery. In most cases, this means you won’t need to pay any additional import charges when your parcel arrives.

Please note:

  Customs authorities may still inspect parcels as part of normal border checks.
  
• 
  These inspections can sometimes cause delivery delays, and this is outside of our control.
  
• 
  If a courier or customs office requests additional information to clear your parcel (rare), we may contact you to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
  

If you ever receive a customs payment request, do not pay it — contact us immediately and we’ll sort it out.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  Unused and unworn
  
• 
  In their original condition and packaging
  

How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, simply contact us with:

  Your order number
  
• 
  The reason for the return
  
• 
  Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
  

Our team will reply with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  Refunds are issued back to your original payment method
  
• 
  Processing time can take 3–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
